Be on the lookout for this person. He stops at many of the box stores and other places in the county (he prefers Safeways) HE IS A FRAUD!
He states that he is collection for Disabled Veterans. Disabled Veterans DO NOT SOLICIT MONEY on the street! Richard has personally had contact with him for the past 2 years at three different locations and the money he gets from you goes into his pocket.
HE IS NOT A VETERAN!!

A legitimate Veterans Organization will carry a valid Veterans Mimbership Card or a valid V.A. Medical Card.
