Hello Veteran Advocates,

I'm the California Farm Academy Veteran Outreach Coordinator with the Center for Land-Based Learning, an agricultural education non-profit organization based in Woodland. We have a great Beginning Farmer Training Program for farm management. Our six month program is funded by the USDA AGVETS grant, which means we are providing veteran scholarships for our six month program. It is perfect for veterans who recently graduated or are inncareer transition and are looking to learn agricultural management and business planning.

I am including our flier. Please feel free to email me and call if you know anyone who might be interested. We are accepting applications on a first come first serve basis until late December or the program fills up.
